Miers Withdraws Nominations to US Supreme Court
edit_button

After nearly three weeks of battle on her nomination to the Court, Harriet Miers officially withdrew her nomination. I'm glad by this as of the moment becuase I am now unsure if she was even pro-life, especially after reading a speech by her from 1993 suggesting she may support some cases of abortion. Pro-life groups are actually supporting her the withdrawl of her nomination.

Now, I hope a pro-life nominee is suggested, and I have heard that a replacement nomination is expected very soon. Let's take action and ask President Bush to support a pro-life justice, but as Prolifeblogs.com reminded us, let us be "nice" and polite.
