Books & CDs for Sale
A Catholic Life Online StoreFront:

With a focus on Traditional Catholicism, the new A Catholic Life Online Storefront is set up with three categories in the left-sidebar:
  • Learn the Faith
  • Live the Faith
  • Listen to the Faith
Browse through the categories to find an item for you or your friends/family! I hope that you will find items for your family members and friends that make great gifts for milestones such as birthdays, confirmations, and baptisms.

A Catholic Life's mission is to seek a preservation of authentic traditional Catholicism, as practiced before the Second Vatican Council.

In the pursuit of such a goal, A Catholic Life's Online Marketplace is a means by which to purchase some texts of principal importance in the life of Catholics and for the restoration of all things Traditionally Catholic.

Please support A Catholic Life (acatholiclife.blogspot.com) by purchasing the items on our Online Storefront and help Catholic Tradition attain its place of principal importance in the lives of all Catholics. The author of the blog will make a profit of approximately 4% of sales.

For all of your traditional Catholic needs, please shop at the A Catholic Life Online Storefront, hosted through Amazon.com. Access to the storefront will also be available through a widget in the right-hand sidebar of the blog.

Personal Books for Sale:

In addition to the A Catholic Life Online Storefront, I am selling some of my personal items through Amazon.com or simply through my blog. Whereas I make roughly 4% of sales with the A Catholic Life Online Storefront, I make nearly closer to 95% from sales made through the sale of these personal books for mine.

For the majority of my personal items currently available for sale and updated instantaneously, please visit my Amazon.com storefront (which is not to be confused with the A Catholic Life Online Storefront)

In addition to the items listed on my Amazon.com storefront, please consider the items listed below.

If you are interested in any items, please email me at acatholiclife[at]gmail[dot]com. We can discuss the pricing, shipping costs, method of payment, etc. Shipping costs will most likely be $4.00 USD for each order.

Is the Shrines book still available? If so, how much to purchase?

Yes, the shrines book is still available. Since it is new (I only looked through it once) and it is valued at $17.95 USD. I checked www.bookfinder.com for prices. Most were around $13. Amazon.com sells a new one for $13.46

Therefore, I will be willing to sell my copy for $10 plus the cost of shipping and packaging. Packaging will most likely cost $1 USD.

Will this work? I really do need to sell this book soon before I leave for seminary. Please email me:

Hey Guys,

Not that you need anymore books, but I recommend you read "The Scarlet Pimpernel of the Vatican" It is out of print, but I am sure it is in your Seminarian library. I forgot who the aurthor is, but one of the most interesting and spell binding books I have read in a long time. The movie "The Scarlet and the Black" was about this book which is historically accurate.

Pax,

Your Future Seminarian brother.

Concerning the "Shrines" book, I am willing to sell it for less than $10 too. If anyone is interested in this or any other titles on the list that are not in red type, please email me asap.

Matthew, what would you ask for the Codex Iuris Canonici?

August 2, 2009 4:35 PM
Matthew said...

I would like to get around $30.00 USD in addition to shipping for it. It is a rare item and has been immensely useful for me, but I desperately need more shelf room. I am extremely willing to negotiate.

I know I am signing my life away, but that Meditations book interests me too, Matthew. Can you tell me more about it?

August 29, 2009 10:47 AM
Matthew said...

Mark:

The Meditations book is almost a pocket-sized book from 1915. It is just over 250 pages and has meditations in three categories:

Passiontide (pages 1 - 95)
Eastertide (pages 101 - 176)
Whitsuntide (pages 183 - 250)

The text is in predominantly English.

I would ask $20 plus shipping and handling. Would you like this item?
