Good Friday at Blackfriars Oxford
This image is from the rite of Holy Communion on Good Friday 2010 in the Dominican priory of the Holy Spirit in Oxford. This photo was Uploaded by Lawrence OP. I am sharing it because of the beauty in the simplicity of the Liturgy (note: It is not a "Mass" since no Mass may be said on Good Friday anywhere in the world).

As we see the priest pleading for our salvation on the day on which we mark the death of our God and Savior, let our prayers be united with his in pleading for mercy and pardon.
