This is just one of the amazing photographs that Te Deum has posted on her blog. Check out her blog for photos from the Assumption Grotto in Michigan on the Solemnity of the Assumption of Mary - the photos are awesome! The priest is not celebrating a Tridentine Mass but rather a Latin Novus Ordo Mass celebrated ad orientem (the priest faces East).

Thanks for the plug Moneybags! There are many more posts to come. We have just completed the 9:30am Mass. Still to come is the outdoor noon Mass in the grotto, stations of the cross, anointing of the sick and benediction in the outdoor grotto area (which is a cemetery), and the grand finale of the day - the highly festive outdoor Mass in the Grotto at 7:00pm.
All of this will take a week or more of daily picks, if my computer doesn't crash.
I've posted
Photo Post 19 and Photo Post 20
Check the my home page (click the title of my blog), or the August archive to see continuing photos. I'm into the evening candlelight procession and songs.
