That's a great list!! I was in a choir that sang Tu es Petrus for Pope John Paul II when he came to DC in 1979. Brings back memories.
The Cyber Hymnal is indeed Protestant, but if you search by tune, you can find the MIDI files to sing along with several of the hymns included in the LOTH. I would also recommend The Oremus Hymnal. It's Episcopal/Anglican, but is just as useful as the Cyber Hymnal.

Christus Rex is a site which has all or most of the chants for the entire liturgical year recorded as well as the ordinaries in various settings.
They were all recorded, as far as I can tell, at St. Benedict's monastery in Sao Paolo. I think they were recorded 'live' because the sound quality varies from recording to recording.
