Hello Matthew, would you mind providing a source/link for the Cardinal William quote that abstinence is mandatory? I have tried to find it but cannot, and no where else is it stated that today is an obligatory abstinence, not any of the usccb recommendations for today nor their pastoral statement on penance and abstinence. Thank you!
