I had a chance to visit again this week St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockdale, IL which is the FSSP Parish in the Diocese of Joliet. I was happy to see more beautification on the inside. Notably, there are now beautiful paintings of Ss. Peter and Paul on each side of the high altar. And the side altars are also much more beautiful and fitting for the Holy Sacrifice to be offered on them.
Below are some photos which I shared in December 2018 so you can see the transformation holistically as well as from 2018 to the present:

What a beautiful restoration. Shame that the original altar, and side ones were destroyed. But, this is a huge improvement. I hope and pray that this will be repeated across the entire country. Keep the great posts coming.
