Reminder: Upcoming day of Holy Obligation

Tomorrow is the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, where we remember and profess our belief that Mary was conceived without sin. It is a day of Holy Obligation meaning all Catholics must attend Mass.

It was a sermon delivered by our Lutheran Pastor that led me to embrace the Catholic Church.
He referred to Mary as 'simpy a nice girl', my heart told me there was more to this and there was more to Mary.

I went in search of Mary, and found her in the Catholic Church. What greater example of humility than our Lady and what an example for all women to emulate....

Our Holy Mother not only won my mind, she won my heart.

Thankyou and God bless you:)

Audrey,

It's only a holy day of obligation in some countries. Any holy day can be changed from one country to another.
